What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Proctor position at Spherion?
Now hiring for a Test Proctor in the Aerospace Industry. Spherion is looking for a Test Proctor to support our customer in Everett! The Test Proctor will work as part of the Training Department to oversee standardized testing sessions and ensure a fair and secure testing environment.
As a Test Proctor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating assessments while providing exceptional customer service to students.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and monitor students during standardized testing to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
- Prepare the testing area, including setting up materials and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Communicate clearly with students regarding instructions, rules, and any questions they may have during the testing process.
- Monitoring testing area by checking-in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks and post-session room cleanup.
- Will be asked to help assist instructors in classes. Including but not limited to handing out papers, helping students with computers and safety in the lab.
Working hours : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
