We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Seed Processing Operator to join our Spherion team. In this role, you will work closely with our Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioning runs meet customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Perform work activities safely
- Accurately mix seed treatment chemicals to ensure proper seed coverage
- Utilize computers to record and locate information as needed
- Operate seed conditioning equipment according to instructions
- Document quality checks and activity as required
- Apply appropriate tags and/or labels to seed packages as applicable
- Accurate bagged seed inventory counts
- Thoroughly clean all equipment between conditioning runs
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 1 plus years of warehouse experience with knowledge on operation of seed treating equipment preferred
- Ability to lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time
- Must be able to operate machinery
- Must be able to read/write in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime
