LRE Water is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex water resource projects, oversee budgets, manage client relationships, and ensure timely project delivery. This senior role requires expertise in water law, hydrology, and project management, with a focus on client satisfaction and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Oversight: Provide high-level input on technical solutions and quality control for water court applications, hydrologic studies, and water supply planning.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison for project communication.
- Business Development: Leverage professional network to foster new business, support proposals, and contribute to marketing efforts.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor project managers and technical staff, guiding them through project milestones and fostering a collaborative environment.
- 15 years of experience in water resources or environmental engineering, with 5 years of project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), Professional Hydrologist (PH), or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with significant risk or client importance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and financial management skills.
- Proficient in scientific software, Microsoft Suite, Google Earth, GIS, and company software.
