- Assist with planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and community events
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, vendor communication, and on-site support
- Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to events and client coordination
- Conduct research on venues, vendors, and event trends
- Track and maintain event inventories and supplies
