Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to add to our nationwide team. This is a new position so we are looking for a strong leader with great ideas. The ideal candidate will be a creative, self starter who is ready to jump in and take our company dynamic to new heights.
In addition to traditional HR duties, this position will be responsible for planning and executing employee recognition events for our entire staff which consists of employees working in an office and remotely. Experience in team building is a MUST and virtual team building is a plus.
This is an IN-OFFICE position and will report directly to the CEO.
Duties
- Conducting initial interviews and assisting with the hiring process
- Act as liaison between PEO company and employees
- Handling employee relations matters and conflict management
- Assisting with payroll approval and related tasks
-General HR duties
- Team building planning and implementation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in nationwide human resources. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HR EXPERIENCE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
