What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at SPI Rentals, LLC?
SPI Rentals is a vacation rental company located on South Padre Island, TX. We manage nearly 200 private homes and condos on the island and growing! We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.
Our maintenance department is responsible for performing maintenance work in all of our rental properties. All applicants must have extensive knowledge about maintenance work and must be skilled in repair work such as painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, knowledgable about electronics, appliances, etc.
Applicants must speak fluent English and must have a valid driver's license. Our company has vehicles for our staff to drive, however, you may be asked to drive your own vehicle occasionally. Our office is open from 7AM - 11PM, each day, including holidays. Applicants must be able to work between these hours.
