QA Inspector

SPI Rentals, a premier vacation rental management company on South Padre Island, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Inspectors. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vacation rental properties meet company standards, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light cleaning tasks, including sweeping, surface touch-ups, and trash disposal.
• Ensure properties are stocked with essential supplies (e.g., soaps, shampoo, toilet paper) provided by the company.
• Organize and arrange items within the property, such as furniture, kitchenware, and closet contents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in condos, hotels, vacation rentals, or commercial properties is preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Organizational, time management, communication, and customer service.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling between properties. A weekly per diem reimbursement is provided for driving.

Work Schedule:

• Typical shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM (hours may vary based on workload).
• Peak season (March - September): 40 hours per week with opportunity for OT.
• Off-season (October - February): 20-40 hours per week.
• Weekends and holidays as needed.
