SPI Rentals, LLC is a full service vacation rental agency located on South Padre Island, TX. We manage nearly 200 houses and condos located on the island and oversee all day to day operations including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping and inspections.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Specialist! As a Sales Specialist, your main responsibility is to discuss rental properties with guests and secure reservations. Other job duties include the following:
- Processing new leads via phone & email
- Contacting guests to follow up on quotes that have been sent
- Processing online bookings/confirming reservations
- Answering phone calls & emails related to sales & guest services
- Giving property tours to interested guests
- Assisting Guest Services with arrivals and departures as needed
Our ideal candidate is an eager and friendly sales professional who strives to reach goals and is able to maintain a vast knowledge about our rental properties, policies & procedures.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is highly preferred
- Strong phone and email etiquette required
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
This is a full time position. 5 days per week, 40 hrs. Our office is open from 7AM - 11PM, each day, including holidays. Full-time shifts are typically 8AM - 5PM, 10AM - 7PM and 12PM - 9PM, but applicants must be able to work between 7AM and 11PM.
