Our Entry Level Account Manager is the face of our customer's experience. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced personnel's direction. Entry Level Account Manager Will Be :
- Communicating with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing the sale
- Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations and providing outstanding customer service every time
- Receiving complete training and perform duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Presenting product presentations to potential customers and integrate customer outreach into overall sales goals
- Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers
- Observing experienced Sales Account Executives to acquire knowledge of our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties
- Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training
