What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of application support experience within the banking industry, specifically in consumer lending.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting DecisionPro and LaserPro.
- Familiarity with NewGen loan origination or servicing platforms is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, document, and support software issues in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical users.
- Prior experience working in a hybrid environment and supporting multiple time zones is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Monday through Thursday, Remote on Fridays
- Support Coverage: Central and Mountain Time Zones
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to application support resource for DecisionPro, LaserPro, and NewGen system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to consumer loan systems for bank employees.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve software bugs or performance issues.
- Provide training, documentation, and process support to internal users as needed.
- Monitor incident tickets and service requests to ensure timely resolution, supporting employees from Eastern through Mountain time zones.
- Participate in software updates, UAT, and rollouts.
- Work onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays.
Notes:
- LaserPro and DecisionPro are the current consumer lending platforms/systems they use. They are moving to NewGen (primarily Eric’s job to implement); however, no one else knows the stuff…so this is to have another person on staff who would be up to speed. Eric is also on the EAST COAST
This role will report into the HQ2 in McKinney on a 4/1 deal. Has to have consumer finance (auto, rv, etc in a bank) NO MORTGAGE. DecisionPro/LaserPro they should have but not a deal killer, She expects no one to have NewGen since it is fairly new and a software created out of India and will eventually handle the consumer loan process from A-Z. The LaserPro & DecisionPro is what they use now
About the Role:
experienced Application Support professional with a strong background in consumer loan software systems. This hybrid position focuses on providing internal user support across DecisionPro, LaserPro, and NewGen applications. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting bank employees in consumer lending operations including personal, auto, RV, watercraft, and HELOC/home improvement loans.
