Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities related to Outbound Shipments at Orlando 3 Facility, including the Inventory Control of Zones related to Outbound Shipments. Will supervise the Value-Added Pre pick Operation in addition to the Outbound Shipment Operation as well as leads and forklift drivers.
- Comply with health and safety rules and follow all safety policies, procedures, rules, and work methods.
- For On time Outbound shipments and Customer picks ups at assigned Facility
- For On time and accurate Pre-Pick of Value-added Finished Goods
- For Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Counts, and control of Zones assigned at facility
- Team compliance with Food Safety procedures and regulation, employee safety SOP’s , GMP and GHK.
- On time and accurate system transactions performed by the personnel are complete and accurate
- Ensure FIFO is followed when Pre-pick and Outbound activities are performed
- For Completion of Transactions related to Sales orders and Transfers shipments and receipts (are archived on time and daily)
- For assertive communication with 2nd shift Supervisor, and supervisors and key personnel from other warehouses and other departments (example, Customer Service, Transportation, Planning and Fresh Production Department)
- Covering any forklift driver or lead when is needed, this will require you to drive a forklift
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
Availability to work five days an eight to ten hours shifts from Monday to Friday and overtime hours as needed. Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays as per the department schedule. Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish). Forklift license / certification, preferred.
