General Purpose:
Spicer Bros. Construction is looking for a driven and dedicated individual to join our Marketing Events Team to help bring our vendor spaces to life. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us elevate our brand and drive results at face to face marketing events around the Eastern Shore. You will work closely with our Events Manager to ensure events run smoothly and meet marketing goals.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and communication skills seeking a part- time position. You will work alongside other team members to represent Spicer Bros. at events and engage with attendees. Hours will primarily be on the weekends, however, some events may be on weekdays or evenings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event booth spaces, ensuring displays are organized, materials are in palace and everything is ready for a seamless event experience.
- Build relationships with the community and potential customers by attending various vendor events, home shows, fairs, etc.
- Generate leads with the ultimate goal of scheduling consultation appointments
- Handle customer inquiries during events through face- to - face interactions, providing timely and accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Attend training sessions with the team to review events scripts, rehearse key presentations, and practice event flow, ensuring you’re fully prepared for each event’s unique requirements.
