Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service/Parts Manager to join our team. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of powersports parts. Your expertise in supply chain management and marine diagnostics will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, and purchasing powersport parts
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Utilize an order management system to track orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Oversee the logistics of parts distribution, including packaging, shipping, and tracking
- Monitor and analyze parts sales data to identify trends and make informed purchasing decisions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within the marine/powersports industry
- Knowlege of Lightspeed DMS is beneficial
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions regarding parts inventory
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, staff, and customers
