We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our Production Department as we continue to expand our business-to-business (B2B) operations.

Production & Order Fulfillment
- Accurately weigh and fill bulk spice and seasoning orders for B2B clients in jars, bags, or boxes, ensuring compliance with HACCP, FDA, and SQF food safety standards.
- Blend and package stock seasoning blends for wholesale and bulk distribution while following Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs) to prevent cross-contamination.
- Refill and maintain raw spice inventory, adhering to traceability and lot tracking requirements.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked to support safe and efficient production processes.
Inventory Control & Quality Assurance
- Track and record all opened boxes of raw and finished products, maintaining accurate lot tracking per SQF requirements.
- Maintain detailed reorder logs to prevent supply chain disruptions and support continuous production.
- Follow rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet B2B client specifications and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct visual inspections and report any deviations or non-conformities to supervisors to maintain HACCP standards.
Warehouse & Facility Maintenance
- Assist in receiving shipments of raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring all materials meet FDA and SQF-approved supplier requirements.
- Properly store and organize bulk spice inventory and packaging materials, following HACCP guidelines for food safety and contamination prevention.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal, in compliance with SSOPs.
- Adhere to all food allergen handling procedures to prevent cross-contact and ensure product integrity.
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
- Stand for up to 4-hour periods while performing production tasks.
- Comfortable working in an environment with spice-related airborne particles and allergens, including nuts.
Working Conditions
- Production areas may have strong spice aromas.
- Noise levels can vary but are manageable with employer-provided ear protection.
- This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
