We're on a search for a super star assistant general manager! Do you have an amazing work ethic and eager to learn, can you manage a team and lead them to success, in a safe, productive, upbeat environment? Are you able to help manage sales, service, inventory, and maintenance? Then we want you! We love to hire superstars from other industries as well like lawn care, window cleaning, house cleaning, construction, pressure washing, roofing, restaurant servers, retail, & other hospitality industries.
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
