We’re seeking an enthusiastic Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit starts with a smile.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and flow.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
- Communicate with team members to ensure seamless service and prompt seating of guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and waiting area.
- Exhibit punctuality and reliability, ensuring you’re on time and ready to contribute every day.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall guest experience and team success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish – essential for communicating effectively with our diverse clientele and team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Punctual and reliable – commitment to showing up on time and being a dependable team member.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Team player mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
