Ticket Seller / Guest Services provides exceptional customer service while processing sales and transactions of various products.
Ticket Seller / Guest Services position is a Friday - Tuesday work schedule with occasional additional days during additional Spider Mountain operational days.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions and help customers activate pre-purchased products.
- Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Be knowledgeable of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Be knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about ski areas, services, and current conditions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and talk for long periods of time.
- Must have valid ID and Social.
- Must be reliable and efficient.
