Job Overview
Spiderweb Media seeks a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, design, and community engagement, with proven experience in creating impactful campaigns that build brand awareness and foster client relationships. This role involves managing multiple aspects of digital marketing, attending networking events, and contributing to the growth and success of our clients and company. As we plan to slowly grow Spiderweb Media you will be the very first hire. This is not your typical Marketing Agency, we want you to enjoy where you work and have fun doing what you do best. We do not micromanage, but communication is important. We understand the starting pay is low but we have a profit-sharing plan that will benefit you in the long run as a percentage of each customer will be added to your pay.
Work will be both from the office and from home if there is no need to come into the office on certain days.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content across platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- SEO and Website Management: Perform SEO optimization, maintain websites, and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and site performance.
- Graphic Design: Assist in creating logos and other branded materials to help clients stand out.
- Email Campaigns: Plan, design, and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customer engagement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create schedules, and monitor analytics to drive engagement and growth.
- Networking and Community Engagement: Represent Spiderweb Media at networking events and establish connections to grow the company’s presence and client base.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on comprehensive marketing strategies, including PPC and promotional campaigns, tailored to client needs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify trends, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, SEO, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong design skills with an understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively and represent the company at events.
- Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress and marketing automation tools.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to contribute new ideas and solutions.
