To support our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic, hands-on role focused on event logistics, operations, and on-site sales.

Position Overview:
As an Event Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the execution of our nationwide events. This position requires a combination of event preparation, transportation, on-site setup, customer interaction, and post-event wrap-up. Candidates should be comfortable with travel, physical tasks, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Preparation (Warehouse & Logistics):
- Organize and prepare event-specific inventory, ensuring accuracy in team uniform orders.
- Load event trailers with essential equipment, team uniforms, merchandise and prizes.
Event Transportation:
- Drive company vehicles (pickup truck with trailer or 26-ft box truck with trailer) to and from event locations across the country.
- Ensure safe and timely arrival of all event materials, typically departing 2–3 days before each event.
On-Site Event Setup & Operations:
- Unload and set up promotional tents, merchandise displays, and event equipment at each venue.
- Assist with daily retail operations, including managing inventory, processing transactions via Shopify POS, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain organization and restock merchandise throughout the event.
Event Tear Down & Return Logistics:
- Pack and load all merchandise and event materials at the conclusion of each event.
- Safely transport event supplies back to the company warehouse in New Berlin, WI.
- Conduct post-event inventory and ensure all returned items are accounted for.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience towing a trailer is preferred.
- Customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with long hours during events.
- Strong time management skills to meet event preparation and travel deadlines.

What to Expect in This Role:
- Hands-On Work Environment: This is an on-site, travel-heavy role—not a remote position.
- Weekend Availability: Events primarily take place on weekends, requiring flexibility for travel and long hours during event weekends.
- Physical Demands: Regular heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, wind).
- Travel Commitment: Extensive travel required, with round-trip drives up to 3,500 miles per event.
- Work-Life Balance: Long work weeks during events are followed by extended time off between events.
