Spidexx Pest Control is a growing small business, and we’re excited to expand our team! We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious Account Manager/Customer Experience Specialist to connect potential customers with the high-quality services we offer.

What You’ll Do:
- Creating and maintaining routes and managing the most efficient drive times for our technicians
- Cultivating positive relationships with other managers and supervisors to create technicians’ schedules that meet our customers needs
- Manage a fast paced real time chat with technicians and other team members
- Send electronic notifications to customers of upcoming scheduled services
- Run routine audit reports to effectively manage account data
- Some light sales and retention
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails and handle escalated customer issues
- Contribute to the overall morale of the team and provide solutions to complex issues
- Be adaptable and ready to wear multiple hats! As a small company, we all pitch in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
Regular business hours:
Weekday: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 7:30 pm.
Weekend: Saturdays 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
**Must have open availability to be scheduled sometime during regular business hours and rotating Saturdays**
