Service Manager
Spidexx Pest Control is hiring a Service Manager for the greater Des Moines, IA area. Only local candidates will be considered.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Hire and train service staff as needed
- Monitor and ensure technician routes are successfully completed.
- Evaluate performance and provide ongoing training to service technicians.
- Maintain inventory of pest control products.
- Provide service and solutions to customers who have concerns.
- Run a service route as needed.
Service Manager Requirements:
- Five years of pest control experience
- Must be able to work well with others, exhibit leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Pest Control industry-specific practices and procedures
- Expert Knowledge of Pest control industry standards and Illinois state and federal regulations
- Previous sales management experience
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Exceptional customer service and retention skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
- Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
- Have an excellent driving record
- A background check including a drug screen and physical may be required.
Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control industry, Including, technical, sales, administrative, and operational management
- Work closely with Regional Manager, Director of Customer Experience, and Account Managers
- Supervise, train and evaluate service technicians and staff
- Coordinate and enforce company policy and procedures
- Manage a multi-level team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and mentoring at least ten individuals
- Effectively incorporate Spidexx Pest Control core values within the Branch
- Perform other duties as assigned
