South Bay (Los Angeles) law firm seeking a transactional attorney for sophisticated business and real estate practice. Must have a minimum of 3 years serious prior experience in real estate and / or business transactions. The candidate should preferably have experience in acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, leasing, entity formation / restructuring and general business contracts. Experience with real estate development, construction, property tax or mergers & acquisitions is a plus.
