Key Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years on-site field experience overseeing projects under construction as an Architect/Construction Administrator or Construction/Project Manager
- Bachelor or master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering from an accredited university/college required or requisite experience
- Possess a working knowledge of construction industry and how buildings are put together
- Familiarity with AIA documents
- Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency using cost-estimating software (Timberline or Primavera required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred
