Job Description
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating on all phases of a project, including design and Quality Control. You will participate in evaluating, selecting, and applying architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop preliminary designs.
- Apply required building codes to projects.
- Produce specifications and coordinate activities with outside engineers and consultants.
- Assist Project Manager(s) and above with preparation of cost and quantity estimates.
- May assist with construction administration or coordination with construction managers/administrators; review of shop drawings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university/college. Additionally, you must be an Architectural License in the United States and have a minimum of Five years of architectural experience.
