Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade & Customs Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting international shipment processes by reviewing customs documentation, managing FTA-related paperwork, and assisting with billing and invoice tasks. The ideal candidate will track and monitor delivery timelines, maintain organized shipping records, and communicate effectively with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Job Duties
- Review shipping and customs-related documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with processing billing and invoices related to international shipments
- Track and monitor shipment status and delivery timelines
- Help manage Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certificates and related documentation
- Support communication with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams
- Maintain and organize records, including product information and customs data
- Learn to use tools like Google Sheets and Power BI to assist with reporting
- Stay updated with basic trade compliance practices
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as needed
Skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics or a shipping warehouse environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, international business, management, or related field preferred
- Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing, and advanced understanding skills
- U.S. work authorization required

- 8 AM – 5 PM
