QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in assembly work within a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in basic mechanical assembly and finishing techniques, with willingness to train in powder coating, wiring, and plumbing as needed.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Skills in problem identification, with the discipline to follow processes for resolution.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Additional qualifications may be required depending on position.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position works mostly indoors with exposure to moderate-to-loud noise.
