- Proficiency in project management and business analysis software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred to have PMP Certification with a minimum of 2 years of work experience (or PMBOK trained with an objective to PMP certification and 4 years of work experience), along with relevant experience in business analysis.
