·Experience supporting Apple and Android Products
·Tablet experience
·Knowledge of e-Fax a plus
·Customer Service experience
·Activating line of service
·Experience utilizing remote tools
·Communication experience (Ability to describe any issues that do come up)
·Able to adapt to change
·ITIL Experience is a plus
·MS Products (RDP, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
