Job Summary
Spikes and Seams is a luxe sleepwear brand celebrated for our original design fabrics and dedication to quality craftsmanship. We are seeking a Wholesale Admin & Social Media Assistant to join our team in a contract, hybrid hole. You will focus on leading our wholesale growth and managing our existing partnerships while supporting our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a passion for sales, brand development, and has experience in marketing, fashion, or a related field. You will be meeting with brand owners 1x weekly or every other week to discuss progress, manage leads, brainstorm strategies, and new ideas.
Responsibilities
Wholesale Admin -- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and generate new wholesale leads through cold calling and emailing
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing wholesale accounts
- Newsletter Management: Create and distribute an engaging wholesale newsletters
- Reporting: Manage & present sales reports, including progress, lead performance, and revenue metrics
- Database Management: Update and maintain a database of wholesale leads and contacts
- Content Planning: Plan & schedule Instagram posts using our scheduling tools & our provided images
- Engage: Engage with the community through comments, dms, and interacting with related accounts
- Brand Presence: Build and maintain a cohesive brand image through consistent and creative posts
- Analytics & Growth: Track account growth, monitor performance, and suggest data-driven improvements
- Research: Identify effective hashtags, trends, and opportunities to increase online visibility
- Community Management: Foster connections and conversations with the brand’s online community
- Experience in fashion wholesale, fashion b2b lead generation, marketing, or sales
- Proficiency in social media management tools and Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, & other Adobe Suite software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident & well versed on the phone
- Extensively informed & knowledge on our brand & products
- Knowledge of sales reporting and data analysis
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Commission on fulfilled wholesale orders
