Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, providing legal advice on various legal issues relating to startups, like founder agreements, trademarks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and offering guidance on business formation and planning.

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years Experience
- Proficiency in Law and handling Legal Issues
- Experience with Commercial Contracts and providing Legal Advice
- Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
- Experience working with startups and medium-sized businesses is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member of the State Bar of California
