Role Overview:
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building models for Root Cause Analysis, Correlation, and Anomaly Detection in telecommunications systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement AI and machine learning models to optimize network performance and solve real-world problems in 4G/5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Root Cause Analysis & Anomaly Detection: Develop advanced machine learning models to identify root causes and detect anomalies in telecom data, focusing on network performance issues.
• Correlation Modeling: Use data science techniques to identify patterns and correlations across various 4G/5G network parameters.
• Knowledge Graph Development: Build and utilize knowledge graphs to analyze relationships between various telecom system components and improve decision-making processes.
• AI/ML Models: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to improve network efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
• Data Exploration & Visualization: Explore and visualize complex datasets to uncover insights and communicate findings effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML and telecom technologies to continuously improve models and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10 years in data science or related fields, with a focus on 4G/5G networks and AI/ML technologies.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of 4G/5G networks and related technologies.
  • Experience in building and utilizing Knowledge Graphs for analysis.
  • Expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Anomaly Detection, Root Cause Analysis, and Correlation Techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
  • Experience with Big Data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL).
  • Strong data visualization and exploration skills.
  • Familiarity with telecom systems and technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings to stakeholders.
