We are looking for creatives and applicants that are not afraid to interact with a crowd and inspire those around them to create. In addition to the hourly pay of this position there will be daily opportunities for tips as well!
Your Job responsibilities:
-Set up painting stations for the customers
-Instruct customers on the painting experience
-Create new and exciting footage for our Instagram and TikTok pages
-Go live on social media and create art!
-Be comfortable with basic tools to fix broken boards/stations
-Clean and prepare painting stations and splatter room for next group of guests
-Not afraid to be yourself and bring positive energy to foster an uplifting customer experience.
-Maintain cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have customer service experience
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Submit to a criminal background check and employment eligibility verification.
This job requires the following experience:
The associate should have experience in retail, the arts, social media, or amusement and hospitality experience. Retail POS system experience; Booking software a plus. Public Speaking experiences a plus! Comfortable with social media (Instagram/ tick tock), content creation, and video editing is a huge plus for us! Comfortable engaging with both small and large groups of people. We’ll teach you the rest!
