SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for disaster recovery projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to FEMA guidelines.
• Evaluate project scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements to provide comprehensive cost assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize FEMA's Grants Portal to document and manage project cost estimates with transparency.
• Review and analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial compliance.
• Provide technical input for determination memorandums and appeals related to project costs.
• Stay updated with FEMA training requirements, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 5 years of experience in a related field or
