We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards.
- Develop and execute program strategies, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Supervise and mentor project managers and program staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines throughout the program lifecycle.
- Compile and present detailed program reports, metrics, and evaluations to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related technical field.
15 years of experience in program management functions, including previous experience as a Project Manager on multiple complex projects.
