We are seeking a US attorney with strong sales skills to join our team and focus on selling our immigration services without the need to perform legal work.
As the Intake / Sales Associate, you’ll handle client inquiries, assess case eligibility, and collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth intake experience. If you are a proactive and enthusiastic attorney with a passion for sales and client service, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective clients, determine strategy (or lack of strategy) for achieving clients’ life goals, and sell immigration services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Quickly learn and apply knowledge of immigration law to identify services available to clients and to effectively communicate with clients about their questions, goals, and prospective work with our firm.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage leads using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
What You Need
- 0-1 years of experience for Attorneys that JUST passed the bar exam (any state, any focus)
- Or 3-5 years of experience for paralegals (much better option for this position)
- Paralegal or similar law firm professional experience with a strong aptitude for sales.
- Strong sales skills and dynamic personality.
- Willingness to learn fundamental immigration law to effectively communicate with clients.
- Based in the Cambridge area. (Must be able to commute to office).
- Fully fluent in English plus highly fluent in a non-English language, such as Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin.
Salary & Benefits
- Location: Cambridge, MA
- Salary: $75,000 base, additional $125,000 in additional sales commission and bonuses.
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- Hybrid after an initial in-person training period.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
