What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at SPIN?
Summary
The ideal Bartender candidate must have previous food service and cocktail experience within a similar role and have a hands on approach, be an excellent communicator, ensure customers are served promptly & courteously, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Essential Functions

- Create, mix and serve beverages to our clients, presenting a friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages.
- Process cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain and replace bar stock as needed.
- Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol. Monitor guest's alcohol intake and prohibit alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils.
- Comply with federal, state, local, and all legislative and licensing requirements.
