- Transcripts
- Driver’s License or Photo ID
- Vaccination against Covid
- Physical/PPD
- Federal Employment Eligibility Verification Documents: I-9
- Social Security Card
- 2 Letters of Recommendation
- FBI Clearances (depending on department)
- Child Abuse Clearances ( depending on department)
- NSOR Application
- Student Liability Insurance
