Spinal Source is seeking an outstanding individual to provide extraordinary service to our patients in the administrative area. Looking for a friendly, energetic, "I can" attitude to join our upbeat professional office team. Duties include but not limited to, Check-in & Out all patients, front desk duties, therapeutic modalities, patient financial disputes, some insurance and accounts receivable work, public relations, and general office administration, liaison between staff, patients and doctors.
Preferred: Chiropractic experience
What you will do in this role:
- You will interact with Patients on a daily basis.
- You will be tasked with front desk duties.
- You will handle all communication between patients, office and doctors.
- You will manage the day-to-day functions of the front desk and to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- You will assist in therapeutic modalities.
- You will manage office flow escorting patient to rooms while educating them about what they can expect during their visit that day.
- You will fulfill any authorization or referral request.
- You will overlap and cross train with other back office staff members.
Full-time position hours:
Monday: 7:30 AM-12:30 PM and 1:30-6:30 PM
Tuesday: 12:45 - 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM-12:30 PM and 1:45-6:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM-12:30 PM and 1:45-6:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 1 PM
