What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOOD CONCESSION WORKERS - STATE FARM AND FOOTPRINT STADIUMS position at Spinato's Pizzeria?
Responsible for the daily duties of the concession stand at the Footprint Center including but not limited to : food prep, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep. Responsible for the daily duties of the concession cashier and / or cook including but not limited to : food prep, food handling, cleaning equipment, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :
- Food prep and service in accordance with Health Dept. regulations and guidelines. Correctly operating all foodservice equipment and proper food handling procedures
- Accurate sales transactions and payment processing
- Communicate with other staff and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Inventory control and daily restocking
- Adhere to all Spinato's Pizzeria and Footprint Center policies and procedures
- Facility upkeep including daily and continuous cleaning of concession stands and equipment
- Any other related duty as assigned by the Concession General Manager
Work schedules / hours are determined by scheduled events, leagues and programs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
