What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Spine Institute of Central Florida?
Spine Institute of Central Florida is seeking a Medical Assistant for a busy, multi-provider Spine Orthopaedic Surgery office.
Duties will include:
- Travel to satellite office in Brandon 1-2 days per week
- Procedural room spine injections
- All administrative duties for a provider clinic
- Running a busy provider clinic
- Helping with general orthopaedic surgery clinic patients.
Office includes 3 very busy orthopaedic surgeons and 4 midlevel providers.
Candidate must be:
- Have experience with sterility
- Have previous experience with procedures
- Able to speak both English and Spanish a plus
- Reliable, punctual, hard-working, focused, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office. Ability to multi-task a must.
- Must be a friendly, kind, high energy personality that always puts patient care first.
- Have previous experience as a medical assistant.
