SpineSearch is seeking a Nurse Manager to join a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Nassau County, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership at in a licensed ambulatory surgery center
- Manage the daily staffing and flow of patients
- Contribute to building the team by helping the nursing staff succeed through mentoring and training
- Work closely with the DON, Clinical Manager, and physicians as needed
- Resolve clinical issues for patients and maintain a positive and helpful attitude
- Utilize effective time management skills to complete assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Current New York state RN license
- Previous managerial or charge nurse experience at least two years preferred
- Supervisory experience in an ambulatory surgery center required
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
