SpineSearch is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with over-the-counter (OTC) sales experience to help a pharmaceutical sales group grow their footprint and drive new business. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify leads, manage accounts, and close deals across multiple industries and sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in healthcare, government, education, and retail pharmacy sectors
- Conduct product presentations and explain testing services clearly and persuasively
- Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to closing and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve sales strategy and offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets with integrity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of over-the-counter sales experience (pharmaceutical or healthcare products preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
