- New York Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Experience in neurology, spine care, or related fields (RN experience also accepted)

Responsibilities:
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions/illnesses
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Manage patients' overall care
- Take patients' medical histories and record demographics
- Conduct physical examinations
- Complete invasive procedures
- Counsel patients on preventative care
- See patients in outpatient clinic settings
