Nursing Manager

SpineSearch is seeking a Nurse Manager to join a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Nassau County, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership at in a licensed ambulatory surgery center
• Manage the daily staffing and flow of patients
• Contribute to building the team by helping the nursing staff succeed through mentoring and training
• Work closely with the DON, Clinical Manager, and physicians as needed
• Resolve clinical issues for patients and maintain a positive and helpful attitude
• Utilize effective time management skills to complete assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Current New York state RN license
• Previous managerial or charge nurse experience at least two years preferred
• Supervisory experience in an ambulatory surgery center required
