SpineSearch is seeking an experienced X-Ray Tech to join a growing orthopedic practice based out of Palm Beach County. New grads encouraged to apply!
Position is full time, Monday through Friday - offers a competitive salary based on experience, a full suite of benefits, and room for growth.
Requirements of the X-Ray Tech:
- Associate's Degree
- ARRT certification
- Must be willing to travel to multiple locations as required
- Experience with C-arm required
- Must have a flexible schedule
Responsibilities of the X-Ray Tech:
- Prepare patients for radiological exams
- Take x-rays
- Maintain patient records
- Explain procedures to patients and answers questions
- Prepare equipment for use as needed
- Prepare examination rooms for patient exams
- Position patients for imaging exams
- Monitor patients during exams
- Document information with computers
- Report important information to the physician
- Ensure safety of patients during exams
