Job Summary
We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our CEO & Founder. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing complete support to our CEO. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
Duties
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments using Outlook Calendar.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a focus on proofreading for accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Support financial compliance and periodic reporting for the organization and the CEO’s assets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, other staff members, and outside agencies.
- Support special projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task management.
