JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position’s primary focus is to make outbound calls to book prospects to attend Special Events for all Spinnaker sites. Sites include Hilton Head, Ormond Beach, Branson, and Williamsburg. Special Events will be on one specific day per week (varies from resort to resort) where owners will be treated like true VIP’s during their stay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling Spinnaker Owners to attend an event either locally or at another Spinnaker location.
- Calling consists of leads being uploaded for events. When given directions and detail of events, starting the booking by calling and efficiently booking the max amount of guests budgeted to attend the Spinnaker event.
- Associate will be responsible for getting deposits from guest as set by management to secure reservation.
- Associate will be responsible for achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly goals.
- Daily communication with Lead Coordinator for tracking of bookings at the end of each shift.
- Associate is responsible for all reporting and data entry of bookings as well as dollars on the net process.
- Associate responsible for insuring customers receive accurate information on event, package, including confirmation letters/emails.
- Associate is responsible for communicating to marketing administration on all bookings, accommodation requests and cancelation processes.
- Performs other related duties & special projects as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Thorough knowledge of timeshare marketing techniques.
- Proven success in booking prospects/owners
- Thorough knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent computer skills – knowledge of SPI
- Positive demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedule and minimum of 40 hours per week
- Several years relevant experience
- Dependability – results oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
