Job Description:
Spinnaker Resorts, Inc., has an opening for a part-time seasonal Visitor Center Coordinator in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This position is responsible for assisting with the registration and check-in of mini-vacation participants, contacting guests prior to arrival and preparing gift packages, communicating with other departments for preparation of mini-vacation arrivals, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and guests.
**SIGN-ON BONUS: This full-time position is eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus after 90 days of good standing employment**
Minimum Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Must possess outstanding customer service skills.
-Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
-Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
-Experience with data entry and strong attention to detail.
-Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.
-Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
**This is a part-time seasonal position located on Hilton Head Island, SC - full weekday and weekend availability required!**
