We're looking for a Guest Services Agent who loves to see guests smile!
This is a 32-hr per week Seasonal, full-time position.
Work hours will be mix of day and evening shifts.
Duties include welcoming and checking in guests, answering and directing phone calls, and providing assistance and information about our resorts and the Branson area.
The ideal candidate will be a "people-person" with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have effective verbal/written communication skills for interaction with employees, guests, vendors, and the general public, using tact and poise. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must also be able to walk/stand extensively, climb stairs, and lift 50 lbs .
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Desire previous customer service experience in related or similar field.
· Previous experience in hospitality a huge plus!
