Role: Desktop Support Technician
Full Time Role
Location: NYC (Fully Onsite)

- Proven experience in desktop engineering or a related role with a focus on asset management.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA IT Asset Management) are a plus.
